At the heart of our mission, we design, advance, and manage the talent strategies, processes, and programs to hire, deploy, develop, engage and retain the best team members to drive successful business outcomes.

Data Transparency
  • Published company’s Diversity and Inclusion report from January to March, 2024 (Q4 FY 2024)
Enhanced Talent Management Processes
  • Delivered $2k to 1 team member to continue her education as part of our Continuing Education Stipend Program 
  • Valentine’s day team building event to continue our commitment to workforce engagement and belonging initiatives
  • Spotted staff anniversaries in our LinkedIn page so we can recognize their contributions to the 4A’s
Recruiting
  • Continued posting openings in collaboration with the eQuest Advantage Network
    • In addition to major job board aggregators, the Network is comprised of Diversity, Veteran, LGBTQIA+ and Disability sites as well as Local community-based organizations
  • Welcomed 3 new hires to the organization
  • Fully integrated SparHire as a tool to streamline our screening process
