Position Background
The 4As is the voice of the agency community across America. The global ad industry is set to pass $1 Trillion in spend this year. The US is set to have $491 billion of that spend. And represent 20% of US GDP. So, to be the voice of the industry is a real and unique honor. The things we do, stand for, and advocate for shape the direction of our industry. Over a 108-year history the 4As has gone from reacting to member organization needs and key industry topics to the organization today which must set agendas, continually represent the broad agency community, and amplify its constituents’ voice in a more complex ecosystem of brands, platforms, creators, technology solutions and clients.
Position Overview
The 4As Associate, Project Manager is part of the Program Management & Innovation team. The position centers on organizing integrated project activities and tasks, managing timelines, and connecting the dots across disciplines. The ideal candidate thrives in an integrated environment, with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects moving forward.

Position Responsibilities
Core responsibilities and tasks include:
- Support the Program Management & Innovation team with the following:
- Pilot project execution support
- Asana updates and tracking
- Risk and issue flagging
- Communication support
Position Requirements
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace
- Zoom
- Teams
- Added Proficiencies a plus:
- Asana Project Management Platform
- Minimum one to three years’ experience in a fast-paced integrated PM support position
- A work ethic that mirrors the organization’s culture and values
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced integrated environment
- Exercise sound judgement when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
