The 4As VP, Program Management is part of the Program Management & Innovation team reporting to the CEO, 4As. This role is responsible for driving success and organization across the 4As providing an integrated organizational rigor that is a support system to the 4As, our member work, and the industry at large. The priority is on best practices, developing and managing processes to unify ways of working. This role and the Program management team ensures the 4As staff are allocated in the appropriate business to optimize growth, develop, implement, and evolve new product lines and the 4As transformation. Initially, this role will be heavily focused on the integrated Pilots and building the minimal viable products, MVP, assisting with documentation, providing support as needed, and working on day to day execution.

Position Responsibilities

Core responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Providing hands-on leadership in change management, embedding integrated program management while managing the development, execution and adoption of pilot Minimal Viable Products, MVPs.
  • Streamlining workflows, and advancing organizational effectiveness across the 4As.
  • Leading a team of project managers working across all programs and associated business for the 4As, as well as leading certain programs directly, to ensure that successful program delivery occurs across the office.
  • Being a true partner to the Subject Matter Experts, SMEs, to manage and drive success across all work.
  • Partnering  with the Senior Leadership Team, SLT, to drive policy, organization initiatives, and platform adoption, ensuring all process roll out in the office is consistent with the initiatives in the network while prioritizing office needs. 
  • Providing a cohesive and organized change management and risk mitigation process through the Program Management team. 
  • Managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers, as the team grows, providing guidance on the current work initiatives, training for skill growth, and mentorship for career pathing and opportunity tracking.
  • Responsible for project intake, scoping, estimating, and timelines and unifying everything into a cohesive view across office for fast leadership decision making.
  • Providing integrated project management excellence throughout a project lifecycle to ensure our work is delivered on time, within budget, and resourced properly- always with a focus on program health and our people.
  • Responsible for the financial health of the program and tracking including burn, forecast to complete, oop, billability and more.
  • Running a monthly program health meeting across all programs + projects and a quarterly program review process to drive transparency and accountability across the office.
  • Ensure proper scoping, staff planning, and provide senior level executive communications on the status of projects/programs and key risks/mitigation plans when needed.

Position Requirements

  • 12+ years of Program Management experience in advertising, tech, product, or comparable
  • Experience working in an agile environment, are a scrum master, a Kanban expert or similar
  • Experience working with CMO level clients across complex programs
  • Managed programs with fortune 500 companies
  • Managed 8m+ worth of business in a single program (scope, schedule, resources, and budgets from origin to completion) and 15m worth of business across multiple programs at one time
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation, tracking project deliverables, large program financial tracking, resourcing cross office or large program resourcing.
  • Experience with data led strategy initiatives, customer journey mapping, or similar
