CEO & Chief Marketing Stategist
Jennifer Eddy is an international award-winning marketing strategist, Forbes contributor, and frequent industry speaker specialized in marketing, growth strategy and reputation management. Eddy has managed reseller channels, product and service campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and brand hierarchies for a long list of globally-recognized brands including 3M, Accenture, Adobe, Asus, Autodesk, BearingPoint, Deloitte, Genpact, Google, IronKey, Oracle, Quest Software, Red Hat, Johns Hopkins, Virginia Tech, and many more.
After serving as a marketing executive for a series of Big 4 global consulting and technology firms, Eddy and her husband established Eddy Alexander to marry their interests in business, technology, economic development, and community advancement. Eddy holds a bachelor’s degree from JMU School of Media Arts and Design, a Graduate Consulting Certificate from Yale School of Management, and a Digital Leadership certificate from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She is nationally certified in both Reputation and Crisis Management through the Public Relations Society of America.

Jackie Le is a senior cross-disciplined team lead in charge of barrier removal, quality control, system optimization, and customer advocacy. Le leads Eddy Alexander’s content marketing, public relations, and digital advertising efforts, delivering targeted strategic campaigns, detailed reports, and campaign analysis with thorough conversion tracking and brand awareness statistics that guide clients from planning through optimization for the best return possible on their investments.
Le has worked with a diverse group of local, national, and international clients including 3M, Pixelworks, Genpact, Virginia Tech, Texas A&M, and Johns Hopkins University.
Le also co-led the 2018 team awarded the prestigious Silver Anvil Award for Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America.
Bob Gilbert
General Manager, Tourism & Destination Marketing
Bob Gilbert has a personal brand that’s iconic in itself. He has led travel and tourism marketing for a wide variety of iconic outdoor recreation and hospitality brands over his 30+ year career. Serving in an executive marketing function for Best Western International, Disneyland, HelmsBriscoe, Choice Hotels and Delaware North Corporation, he has been the recipient of over a dozen Adrian marketing awards for industry-leading tourism and hospitality promotion.
Gilbert has led marketing efforts for countless National and State Parks including Yosemite, Kalaloch, Niagara Falls, Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, and Geneva on the Lake in Ohio. He provides strategic marketing consultation services to American Recreation Coalition, National Park Reservations, National Tour Association, Tourism Cares, and Xanterra (Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore).
He is the former Director at Large for the National Tour Association, a multi-year board member for the US Travel Association, and former chairman of TravelCom.
Sean Eddy
Chief Operations Officer
Sean Eddy is the Chief of Operations and Production Lead for Eddy Alexander. In 2011, Eddy and his wife established Eddy Alexander to offer world-class analytics-based marketing and growth strategy to clients across the public-private spectrum.
In addition to ensuring the ongoing efficiency of Eddy Alexander’s staff and operational resources, Eddy leads the production of a wide variety of multimedia deliverables for Eddy Alexander clients. A trained and highly accomplished audio engineer, he personally built and runs Eddy Alexander’s in-house production studio (Oration Recording) and oversees the implementation of all graphic animation, audio, video, and web design projects.
Emily Kirsch
Senior Community Marketing Coordinator
Dr. Emily Kirsch brings nearly 15 years of marketing, strategy, and community promotion experience to her work with Eddy Alexander. A senior relationship manager with both place-based marketing and higher education industry expertise, she is responsible for campaign management, program operations, and client relationship coordination.
Kirsch is an expert communicator with a keen understanding of cultural dynamics in highly-matrixed organizations. Kirsch uses her expertise to guide clients in strategic, data-informed decision making. Her proven interpersonal community leadership experience and her broad industry expertise make her a dynamic problem solver, an experienced researcher, a valuable client advocate, and an organized and reliable asset on any high-performance team.
Kirsch earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development: Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in May 2020 and holds a bachelors in International Studies – Chinese Studies from Humboldt State.
Alice Endonino
Account Executive
Prior to joining Eddy Alexander as an Account Executive, Alice Endonino spent the last seven years working as a high-end event manager and business developer in the experiential marketing industry across Los Angeles and Orange County, California. Endonino’s proven industry relationships and extensive knowledge of production logistics and marketing performance management has helped her to delight clients and earn significant repeat business opportunities.
Endonino has been trusted by world-class clients such as Disney, Ritz Carlton, Montage International, Anaheim Convention Center, The Claremont Colleges, and multiple Destination Management Companies (DMC’s) as she earns business, builds relationships, and ultimately manages the execution of flawless campaigns that deliver real, measurable, and meaningful results. Endonino earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a Business minor from James Madison University.
Sydni Chernault
Production Lead
Sydni Chernault oversees production for all client deliverables and events. With a focus on experiential programming, Chernault engages stakeholders and encourages them to participate fully in the evolution of each organization’s brand.
Chernault oversees the development of websites, ad campaigns, events, and promotional experiences. Having been a part of successful campaigns with Absolut, Intel, Samsung, Johns Hopkins University, Virginia Tech, Texas A&M, and Virginia’s New River Valley, she is highly skilled at creating long-lasting, strategic engagement.
