Bob Morrison
CEO
With a wealth of big-brand experience at renowned agencies like Needham Harper Worldwide, McDonald & Little and BBDO, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, Bob knows what it takes to build businesses. He has worked on the client side with Black & Decker and Domtar and on the media side with Reader’s Digest.
Bob serves on a number of boards, including the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA), the International Communications Agency Network (ICOM), The Ronald McDonald House of Atlanta, and Marist School.
Over the years, Bob has received just about every marketing and advertising award you can imagine. He provides clients with business and marketing leadership and often serves on our clients’ strategic planning committees.
Amanda Forgione
COO
In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Amanda is responsible for agency processes, talent deployment, and financial oversight. Her broad and unique set of skills, experience, and management acumen have contributed to successful leadership of agency teams. Throughout her 19 years at Morrison, she has served in a variety of senior management and leadership positions from Group Account Director, to Chief Client Officer, to Chief Operating Officer. Amanda is return on investment driven and builds teams that quickly and effectively drive measurable results for Morrison clients.
Amanda holds a BA in Communications from The University of Georgia and has worked on prominent brands such as Orkin, Kodak, Raymond James, Siemens, CNL Financial, Good2Grow, Hooters, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung, and State Bank & Trust. Prior to joining Morrison, Amanda planned and bought media for J. Walter Thompson - Atlanta.
Kyle Lewis
Chief Creative Officer
For more than 20 years, Kyle has been creating breakthrough brand experiences that span all communications channels and deliver results for clients in many categories. From global brands like Dell Computer, Delta Airlines and Samsung appliances to hometown heavyweights like Georgia Lottery and Georgia Natural Gas, Kyle and his team create programs that use rational and emotional insights to break through the clutter and drive business.
After graduating from California State University, Long Beach, Kyle moved to Atlanta where he served as Creative Director for BBDO’s Atlanta office for almost 18 years. He then took his talents to Modea in Blacksburg, Virginia, creating strategies and work processes that seamlessly integrate digital and traditional marketing disciplines.
As Morrison’s Chief Creative Officer, Kyle is accountable for 100% of the agency’s creative product regardless of medium.
Jason Hatfield
Chief Client Officer
Jason began his career at Atlanta’s Bigelow Advertising over 20 years ago, and in his 10 years there he rose to Vice President of the agency's account service department. Following his time at Bigelow, Jason spent the next 12 years in senior leadership roles at Fletcher Martin, KBS+P Atlanta, Doner Atlanta, and Tallahassee’s Bright Red/TBWA on a variety of CPG, education, restaurant, travel and tech start up accounts. Today he serves as Morrison’s Chief Client Officer.
In Jason’s 20+ years of experience, he has been an integral member of account teams creating successful marketing programs in categories as varied as foodservice, hospitality, tourism and higher education. For nearly seven years, Jason managed the J. Mack Robinson College of Business account at Fletcher Martin and gained a detailed understanding of the category, the programs and the target audiences. Additional higher education experience includes rebranding the University of Houston, AOR responsibilities for Michigan’s Walsh College and special projects at the University of Georgia, where he was honored for his contributions by the Grady College of Journalism. Jason is responsible for leading business strategy and account management across all clients at Morrison.
