Sloan Hunt Communications LLC (SHC), founded by Patricia Sloan, is a New York based public relations firm specializing in reputation management and strategic communications.

Since founding SHC in January 2012, Sloan has worked with clients in Boston, Chicago, Hamburg, Los Angeles, London, New York, San Diego, Singapore, Shanghai and Calgary, advising on a variety of public relations issues including reputation management; brand and campaign launches; developing and positioning storylines; arranging meetings with key journalists, opinion leaders and trend spotters; identifying speaking opportunities; placing POV articles; and helping to publicize business book titles including, among others, The Nature of Marketing: Marketing to the Swarm as well as the Herd; Relevance: the Power to Change Minds and Behavior and Stay Ahead of the Competition; and The Old Rush: Marketing for Gold in the Age of Aging.

she was Senior Vice President, Corporate Director of Public Affairs and Public Relations. During
that time, she also handled public relations at the corporate level for Omnicom Group, Inc. (OMC),
as well as for two other key Omnicom networks - Diversified Agency Services (DAS) and Omnicom Media Group (OMG).

Sloan draws on 20 plus years of experience as a journalist at Advertising Age where she was New York bureau chief and national editor.
