Craig Millon
CEO
Millon is the Chief Executive Officer of Jack Morton Worldwide, where he leads the agency’s global network, including brand experience agency Jack Morton and digital agency Genuine. Under his leadership, the network also encompasses specialized practices such as Jack Health (healthcare), Jack X (innovation), Vivi (diversity-driven marketing), and Jack 39 (sponsorship consultancy). Craig remains deeply engaged with clients and teams, driven by his passion for helping brands thrive in an ever-evolving marketplace. He is a champion of the agency’s culture, which prioritizes talent development, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, mental health, and flexible work.
Prior to becoming CEO, Craig served as Global Co-President of Jack Morton, a role he assumed in 2022 alongside Bill Davies. Their appointment marked a historic moment as Craig became the first diverse executive to lead the agency in its 80+ year history.
Patrick Bennett
Global Chief Creative Officer
Patrick Bennett was appointed Global Chief Creative Officer, Jack Morton Worldwide in July 2024. In this position, Bennett steers the creative aspects of the agency’s vision to inspire the world to experience better. He serves on the agency’s executive leadership team and chairs Jack Morton’s Creative Council of senior creative leaders worldwide.
Bennett brings a fresh perspective, a wealth of experience, and a proven track record of creative excellence to Jack Morton. He joined the agency from IPG partner Momentum Worldwide, where he shaped the experiential vision for renowned brands such as American Express, Walmart, Verizon, Corona, and Pacifico as SVP, Executive Creative Director.
John Howard
President, US
John Howard joined Jack Morton in 1999 as Executive Creative Director of the Detroit operation, leveraging previous agency experience in the design and execution of internal and consumer experiences. He has created campaigns and experiences for a broad variety of brands, most notably the multiple business units within General Motors. In 2016 he was named Managing Director of the Detroit operation, which enabled him to apply his passions for innovation, culture and creative excellence to inspire, focus and grow the Detroit team.

Ashley Brantman has spent 15+ years helping brands strategically invest in sports and entertainment platforms. Known for her expertise and superior client service, she has driven consistent growth across categories. In 2022, with Patrick Heffernan she co-launched Jack 39, the dedicated sponsorship consulting arm of Jack Morton, sustaining significant year-over-year growth since its inception. Brantman has already delivered outstanding results, helping to drive new and organic growth and elevate Jack Morton's work in the market with new clients such as Jim Beam and Southwest Airlines.
