Eric Johnson
Founder & President
Eric founded Ignited in 1999 and brings a unique client perspective to the agency, having previously held the post of SVP, Marketing at Activision for 10 years and played a critical role in turning around the bankrupt company to become the largest game publisher in the world.
Eric is a member of YPO Angeleno Gold and sits on the board of the 4As and ThinkLA.
David Lock
President, Ignited Government / VP, Experiential + Business Development
David leads Ignited's experiential marketing department and business development efforts with events ranging from intimate to epic in scale, and has produced experiential campaigns for clients across verticals ranging from gaming and consumer electronics, to beverage and tourism.
David also oversees the agency's government services, including spearheading local, state and federal engagements with the County of Los Angeles, State of California, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration and Supreme Court of the United States.
Bree Bandy
VP, Brand Management
Before joining Ignited in 2006, Bree spent time at BBDO where she worked on the Mitsubishi account. Prior to that, she worked at Mendelsohn Zien on Carl's Jr. account where she earned an Effie for "The Six Dollar Burger" Campaign.
At Ignited, Bree is VP of Brand Management where she tirelessly works to foster deeper client relationships.
In addition, Bree also leads pitches, coordinates teams, and supports departmental needs. She is a true champion of office culture, believing a positive and supportive work environment fosters greater collaboration and more innovative solutions.
Christel Roldan
VP, Brand Management
Christel is an advertising veteran with over 20 years' of brand building, marketing, and advertising experience. She actively oversees 360° Integrated Campaigns and Interactive Marketing projects across a number of Ignited's fastest growing brands.
Christel began her career in production for national television spots and radio. As the rise of digital has changed the advertising world, Christel has evolved with her work to focus on telling stories that connect brands with their consumers and communities to create memorable experiences across touchpoints.
Whitney Stephenson
Director, Finance
Since 2012, Whitney has overseen all finance related endeavors at Ignited.
With a keen eye on maximizing profitability and establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems, she actively ensures Ignited operates efficiently and invests its time and resources wisely.
Sam Helphand
VP, Creative Production
Before joining Ignited 12-years ago, Sam ran the studio and print production department at David & Goliath where he produced work for Kia Motors, Outback Steakhouse and Bacardi Rum.
At Ignited, Sam manages a team of external development partners including our internal digital producers, front-end developers, and user-experience designers. He also leads project management, coordination with teams — internal and external, and supports other departmental needs in the creation and delivery of outstanding creative assets.
Sarah Spatafora
Senior Media Director, Government
Sarah brings nearly 20 years of high-level expertise to Ignited, where she heads the Ignited Government media team. She has established herself as a trusted leader in managing complex, multi-million dollar budgets across the public and private sectors. Her career spans top-tier agencies in New York and the D.C. area, including nearly ten years managing national broadcast television advertising portfolios for iconic brands like L'Oréal Paris, Sony Pictures, and Johnson & Johnson.
For the past ten years, Sarah has specialized in navigating the unique challenges of federal, state, and local government advertising. She has spearheaded major initiatives for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Veterans Health Administration. By implementing strategic shifts toward modern and emerging media tactics, she consistently enhances campaign performance and overall brand awareness for her clients.
Sarah prides herself on her ability to translate complex data and paid media principles into clear, actionable insights for her clients. She is a dedicated mentor who fosters agile, collaborative environments where media and creative strategies work in tandem to exceed business goals for B2C, B2B, and B2G partners.
Amy DeMallie
Senior Media Director
Amy joined Ignited in August 2022 and oversees all media initiatives and new business.
Amy has 12+ years working at the top media agencies in Los Angeles, including Deutsch, OMD, Canvas Worldwide, and Giant Spoon, handling brand media for Genesis Motors, Square, Behr Paint, ASICS, and Zillow, to name a few. She's led both small and large media teams and has extensive experience in project management when working with multiple agency partners and outside vendors.
Amy brings a passion for bridging creative and media strategy with client's business goals at the forefront. She excels at pushing the limits within media and bringing unique opportunities to her clients through data, research, and fun.
