Honored by Ad Age as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Advertising, Sharon Napier has earned her reputation as a trusted voice in our constantly changing creative industry. Today she serves as Executive Chair and Founder of Partners + Napier, which she started in 2004 and has since grown into a nationally respected creative and media company. As Executive Chair and Founder, Sharon focuses on capabilities and acquisitions, enriching client relationships, and championing a diverse and inclusive culture. Her guiding mantra that business is personal has fostered teams built on empathy, trust, collaboration, and partnership -- earning client tenure 3X the industry average. Sharon is also the Board Chair of the 4A's and sits on the Global Strategic Leadership Team of Project Worldwide, a privately held holding company of 14 leading agencies.
Courtney Cotrupe
CEO
As CEO of Partners + Napier, Courtney leads with sharp strategic thinking, collaborative style, and creative soul – her trademark since joining the agency as one of its original employees in 2004. Under Courtney’s leadership, Partners + Napier has seen year-over-year double-digit growth, welcoming clients like Smashburger, BMW Financial Services, Conduent, MDLIVE, Wegmans, and more. Courtney also spearheaded the aggressive expansion of capabilities in recent years, first building an in-house media discipline which is now the agency’s highest growth area, and then a state-of-the-art content studio, Gammut Productions. She serves on the national board of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and as chair of the New York State Council of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s).
Rob Kottkamp
Chief Creative Officer
Rob oversees creative, digital, content, and design at Partners + Napier. He joined the agency from MullenLowe in Boston, where he oversaw creative for accounts such as Google Cloud, U.S. Cellular, and Royal Caribbean. His campaign Come Seek the Royal Caribbean remains the highest performing campaign in the brand’s history. Prior to MullenLowe, Rob spent nine years at Arnold Worldwide working on accounts for Volvo, Timberland, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Santander Bank. Rob also spent seven years on the Truth anti-smoking campaign, one of Ad Age’s Top 15 Ad Campaigns of the 21st Century. His work has been awarded at Cannes, D&AD, the Effie Awards, One Show, and many others, and has been featured in Creativity, Adweek, GQ, and Fast Company. Two of his campaigns reside in the Museum of Modern Art’s permanent collection.
