THE 3RD EYE’s leader and visionary is a trailblazer in the advertising industry, founding a women-run agency with her business partner over 25 years ago.

“Working in healthcare reaffirmed my love of advertising, and as I get older and wiser, I'm really looking to work with brands that want to positively impact their customers.”

EXPERIENCE
Diana Brooks co-founded THE 3RD EYE (formerly VS/Brooks) in her 20s. Passionate about marketing healthcare services, Diana sees the altruism in empowering people to make healthy decisions. For 30+ years, she's led successful marketing campaigns that resonate with healthcare patients and consumers.

Prior to Going on her own, she worked at Accent Marketing (an IPG Hispanic Offering) and FCB/Dallas where she worked on national brands that included Bank of America, PepsiCo, General Motors, and Colgate-Palmolive.

In her career, Diana has been named one of South Florida’s 12 Hispanic Women of Distinction, one of 25 Women to Watch, and a Florida Entrepreneurial Leader.


She has received several awards for her impact on the business world, including the American Red Cross Spectrum Award, the Women's Fund Miami-Dade's Mujeres Giving Back Award, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's Good to Great Award.

Anais, Master of Operations™, provides insights on how to enhance employee experience in ways that also optimize performance.

"My goal as COO is to bring operation controls to the company while driving results, spurring growth, and increasing the overall efficiency of the organization. I work to build a culture that fosters community and supports employees and clients. My philosophy is that we are the escape for our clients when they meet with us."

With her finger on the pulse of the agency world, Anais implements systems that encourage employee development and agency collaboration. Adept at identifying and cultivating talent, Anais is passionate about mentorship. Her focus on honing individual skill has become ingrained in THE 3RD EYE’s company culture.

Always optimizing the agency team’s capacity to collaborate, Anais introduced a permanent hybrid workplace model at THE 3RD EYE with a fast growing staff. The setup allowed the agency to collaborate more effectively, and take 20% more out-of-scope projects! It has also allowed parents—including Anais—to spend more time at home with their kids.

THE 3RD EYE’s strategy-minded creative aficionado, Rob, knows the agency is brimming with talent. He gathers this overflow of creativity into workable creative solutions.

EXPERIENCE
Rob started as an intern at THE 3RD EYE, learning his craft by obsessing over the nuances of the industry. He knows that everyone is creative once a fire is sparked—whether it’s an ad, a piece of art, or an excel sheet. Rob encourages his team to remember that what we do should always be fun.

He finds cultural moments that fit organically into campaigns, pushing the agency to explore new ways to be creative.
