As CEO, Ben drives global growth and client relevance for WONGDOODY while nurturing its industry-leading culture and award-winning work. Ben began his career as an unpaid intern shortly after the company’s founding. Since then, he has overseen its evolution from independent creative boutique to the global design and experience unit of Infosys, leading digital transformation for some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies.

Grace Francis
Chief Creative Officer
Grace leads WONGDOODY’s creative and design work worldwide after having worked at Accenture Interactive and holding Chief Experience Officer roles at both Droga5 London and Karmarama. One of the only trans non-binary industry leaders, Grace is a strong advocate for intersectional inclusivity within the creative industry, and not only founded a mentorship practice, but participated in the advertising industry’s LGBTQIA+ advocacy group. In demand as a speaker and guest lecturer, Grace has also judged Cannes Lions, The One Show, Creative Review Annual and BIMA, among others.

Tod Rathbone
SVP, Strategy
Tod heads the WONGDOODY strategy practice worldwide from our NYC office and is the originator of our Human Experience (HX) positioning. Tod leads a customer-centric, innovation-focused team dedicated to guiding clients through the rapidly changing economic forces of people’s evolving digital behaviors and expectations. Tod has developed award-winning work, including Lions, Clios, and Effies for iconic brands such as Apple, Samsung, and Energizer.

Pete Gosselin
Executive Creative Director
Pete’s career spans three continents and has allowed him to work on every product category imaginable. But, one thing is consistent, Pete has always brought an insightful, entertaining approach and perspective to his work.

Originally Canadian, Pete started his career in advertising in the super-competitive market of London, where he found his feet as a storyteller and was mentored by some of the most awarded creatives in the world.

After a few short stints in Amsterdam, Pete and family relocated to Auckland, New Zealand. It was there that Pete broadened his skills in digital and even started his own YouTube channel.

By the time Pete arrived in New York, he was a fully-fledged pioneer, with expertise as both a storyteller and a digital native. To this day Pete is pushing boundaries with every media, in every category.

Pete has won awards at every major show around the world, with the highlight so far the Titanium nominated, First Ad in the Blockchain, which he pulled off with a total client spend of just $23.15 in bitcoin
transactions. Though, with the ever-fluctuating price in Bitcoin, Pete often jokes that this could well turn out to be the most expensive ad ever in history...
