Overview

Company Summary

Fallon is an endangered species. As a truly creative-led agency, we more closely resemble wooden toy makers than the machine marketing has become. At its very core, advertising remains about two things: people and talent. And Fallon is one of only a handful of creative agencies in the world being led by a world-class creative talent. Fallon's Chief Creative Officer is Jeff Kling. A longtime Wieden + Kennedy veteran, Jeff penned the first Miller High Life manifesto, stole the World Cup stage from official sponsor Adidas with Nike's epic "Write the Future," and invented Dos Equis's "Most Interesting Man." Fallon's culture can be summed up in four little words: "family as a business model." You'll find we're not precious, cynical or jaded. Sometimes this means tough decisions to protect the culture or, as our late Chairman Pat Fallon famously put it, "Fire the assholes." But other times it just means waiting for everyone on the team to get off the airplane before racing to your car after a late-night return home to the airport. At the end of the day, advertising is a people business, and you'll find our people to be real, honest and fun.

She also oversees communications, helping to shape and maintain the image of the agency both inside and outside its halls.

Julie joined Fallon in 1999 and spent her first 10 years in Account Management leading brand development for a variety of clients. She spearheaded activities for the Effie-winning "Stay Smart" campaign, helped Citigroup drive its credit card and retail banking business, developed an online entertainment platform for Nordstrom and worked to rejuvenate the 50+-year-old iconic Holiday Inn brand.

Having grown up at Fallon, Julie knows firsthand how its culture sets it apart. She is delighted that through her work she gets to play a role in maintaining its specialness.

Julie is a Minnesota native with degrees in Communication and Political Science from Augsburg College. She spends most of her free time with her husband and two kids, running from one activity to the next. She's also a music junkie who loves to cook and is envious of people who exercise regularly.
