Diane Seimetz
Principal, Insights
A writer by trade, Diane ‘launched’ Launch from inside Temerlin McClain where she was a Creative Director/Writer for nine years. 
Among Launch’s client roster, Diane serves as strategic planner and writer for The Star-Telegram, Match.com, eatZi’s Market and Bakery, Rent-A-Center, Pizza Inn, Park Place Dealerships and GroceryWorks.com, among others. During the “T:M years,” she worked on efforts for such national clients as American Airlines (and AA.com), JCPenney, Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Subaru of America. Diane helped launch the Paris Hotel and re-launch Bally’s Las Vegas. Prior to Temerlin McClain, Diane served an eight-year tenure at DDB Needham/TracyLocke as Creative Director. Her clients included snack king Frito-Lay, Phillips Petroleum, FootAction USA, Tabasco Pepper Sauce, The Dallas Morning News, Borden Dairies and Haggar Apparel, for whom she garnered awards from the One Show, international festivals, and national ADDY and Effie competitions.
Diane’s perspectives on online marketing and marketing to women have appeared in such national publications as The New York Times and The Washington Times, and she’s been featured on national and local radio programs on the same topics.
In addition to slaving over a hot keyboard, Diane has four kids, a trio of miniature dachshunds, two cats, and very few naturally-colored hairs.

Michael Boone
Principal, Account Director
Michael was a founding member of Launch in 2000.

Michael cut his teeth at TracyLocke, Dallas, as an assistant media planner on the Taco Bell account. In 1985 Michael moved to The Bloom Agency (now Publicis) and began his career in account service.  He later moved to Puskar Gibbon Chapin, and in 1992 Michael joined The Maxfield Group where he was later promoted to Vice President, Management Supervisor.

Over the years Michael has gained valuable experience in the CPG; retail; QSR, fast casual and upscale restaurants; telecommunications: and gaming industries. His account responsibilities have included Campbell Taggart (a division of Anheuser Busch), Sara Lee Food Company, Church’s Chicken, Furr’s Supermarkets and Taco Bell.

Michael is a proud ring-bearing Aggie with a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M. He and his wife, Debbie, have three children and live in Dallas.

David Wilgus
Principal, Creative Director
Prior to “launching” Launch in 2000, partner David was on his second tour of duty at Dallas-based Temerlin McClain (the first was between 1981 and 1989) working on brand efforts for such clients as American Airlines, the Paris Hotel Las Vegas, Bank of America, Pace Picante Sauce and Subaru.

Before rejoining T:M, he served as Creative Director at DDB Needham/TracyLocke. It was here he met up with partner Diane Seimetz, and was responsible for creative duties on such clients as Frito-Lay, Ben Hogan Golf, The Dallas Morning News, Borden Dairies, FootAction USA and BlueCross BlueShield of Texas.

David has won many national creative awards including The Clio, New York Art Directors Show, International Festivals, ADDY, EFFIE competitions, and most recently Best Creative Director from the Dallas Advertising League.

Part of a rare breed known as a Dallas native, Dave is married to another Dallas native, lives in the Park Cities has four children and a Corgi named Radar.
