Michelle Abdow
President/CEO
After many years in media, Michelle leveraged her expertise and connections to start her own business focused on media buying. She gradually built her company from a single woman-owned business to a nationally recognized, full-service marketing agency, and in 2021, started a second company, Level Two Studios, the region’s premier, all-inclusive production facility. She oversees all activities including strategic planning, brand development and management, creative services, media buying and negotiations, web development, creative conception and development, public relations and consulting activities. A hands-on leader, she lends her skill and savvy to every client.

Sarah Murphy
Director of Resource Management
In her pivotal role, Sarah is responsible for the workflow throughout our agency, engaging the appropriate resources, assembling teams, delegating tasks to employees best positioned to complete them and ensuring jobs are completed as specified and on time. She creates long- and short-term plans with target milestones, troubleshoots as needed and makes effective decisions to ensure projects proceed smoothly. Her innovative mindset enables her to make quick adjustments to project deadlines or assignments, and her innate understanding of the agency, coupled with her insight and experience, has afforded the team countless opportunities to improve processes and protocols.

Megan Wehbe
Director of Client Services
Having worked in new business development and account services for over a decade, Megan Wehbe focuses on expanding our business and our clients’ businesses. Organized and always brainstorming, she is happiest when planning, strategizing and executing client projects and campaigns, and imparts her vast long-range planning expertise to every project she works on. With previous experience working on accounts for USAA and Audi, she now lends her expertise to a wide variety of clients at Market Mentors.

Jamie Martin
Controller
If you’re looking for a person with a head for numbers, look no further than our controller, Jamie Martin. This 30-year veteran in the field has what it takes to oversee our billing, books and human resources administration. We got to know Jamie over the two decades she worked for one of our clients, a busy law firm specializing in employment and labor law, and were glad to welcome her to our team in 2023. Her responsibilities include complex data analysis, budget forecasting, overseeing accounts and budgets, and making strategic financial decisions, which often involves customizing solutions for billing and reconciliation to meet client needs and streamline the process.

DJ Lamdin
Business Development Executive
Energetic, dedicated and passionate, DJ brings with her a wealth of experience from a successful 15-year advertising career fueled by her passion for client success and knack for building authentic relationships.

When she’s not volunteering at an animal shelter or hiking, biking and enjoying sunshine and sandy beaches, her energy is channeled into driving Market Mentors’ growth by identifying and pursuing new clients, crafting compelling proposals and negotiating strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has consistently prioritized her clients and their results, making heroes of their brands and enhancing their reputations.
