Overview

Company Summary

Hi. We’re Colle McVoy. We use creativity to build enduring relationships between forward-thinking brands and people. We believe we find ourselves in the next great era of brand- building. Where change is constant, the potential for brands is limitless and the canvas for creativity is boundless. We call it the Great Wide Open™. And in this era where everything seems to be in a constant state of upheaval, relationships matter more than ever. The brands that endure, grow, and rise to the top are built on great relationships – between consumers and brands, and between brands and employees through values and purpose. At Colle McVoy, we immerse ourselves in our clients’ businesses to build relationships that last three times the industry average. And we have an award-winning culture and a diversity of thought that attracts top-notch talent and serves as the foundation for how we partner and work together. The way we see it, the Great Wide Open is an unprecedented time for brands. And we’re ready for it. Colle McVoy is committed to sustainability and acting purposefully for our employees, clients, community, and the environment. In 2023, we achieved our goal of becoming B Corp certified. We are proud to be part of the more than 6,500 companies that are taking the initiative to be more thoughtful about the future. To hold our business accountable, we have a Sustainability Council at Colle McVoy that continues to push our initiatives. We believe a better future means we have a responsibility to use our expertise as a force for good and that all growth should be rooted in doing what’s best for people, the planet, and the communities we operate in. We call this sustainable and inclusive business model “good growth.” This approach is not only the right thing to do — it also embodies what it takes to build brands in the new, ever-changing marketing landscape and goes beyond the way things have always been done. Consumer expectations are higher than ever, and as our economy becomes increasingly purpose driven and values based, modern marketers are challenged to navigate this next era of brand-building. Our B Corp Certification is a codification of our inherent commitment to be better tomorrow than we are today as we work to create real change for ourselves and our partners.

Under Christine’s leadership, the agency has received numerous Effies and other coveted awards while consistently being recognized as a best place to work by Ad Age, Outside magazine and the Star Tribune.

Industry leader, nationally recognized visionary, and daughter of a psychic entertainer (seriously), Christine knows the best way to predict the future is to create it.

Ed Bennett

Ed transformed the design division at Colle McVoy into one of the most prominent in the country by living according to two simple rules: never run out of ideas and have an amazing smile. Ed doesn’t believe in having a specific design style; rather, he thinks a brand’s style should lead to its own unique look, feel and behavior. This design philosophy has helped modernize brands, allowing them to recapture their essence.

He has an incredible breadth and depth of design expertise stemming from his experience with brands including Nikon, ESPN, Jim Beam, Red Wing Shoe Company, Field & Stream, Lee Jeans, Johnson & Johnson and Caribou Coffee. And he has a talented stable of designers working with him. Together, they have received national and international recognition for their work, including awards from D&AD, AIGA, The One Show and Communication Arts.

John Doyle
