Matt Walsh
CEO + Founder
Matt founded and runs Green Stone, a design and strategy firm that specializes in delivering Modern Loyalty through the crafting of experiences that bring meaningful value to individuals, institutions and the world at large. Prior to this venture, he founded and built a 25 person UX team at marketing agency CP+B after spending a few years designing products and platforms for Nike at R/GA. His work has been recognized over 65 times by the major marketing award shows, including multiple Grand LIA, Grand Clio and Cannes Grand Prix and Titanium awards as well as a Creative Arts Emmy.
Tara Greer
Chief Experience Officer
Tara is Green Stone’s Chief Experience Officer, she is a veteran level UX and creative leader with over 17 years in the design industry. She has won over 90 awards in her career and shipped iconic platforms and products for clients such as Nike, VW, Taco Bell and Converse at leading
digital agencies such as R/GA, Deutsch LA and AKQA. She loves to marry strategy and design thinking and is passionate about design that positively impacts culture and the community.
Avery Prommer
Engagement Lead
For over ten years, Avery Prommer has been producing work with some of the world’s best agencies and digital production companies. She has called B-Reel, Tool of North America, AREA 17, and BBH Los Angeles home. Her clients have included GOOD, Acura, Red Bull, Google, The White House, and Honda. Her projects have run the full gamut of digital - from small banners all the way up to live events. Before joining Green Stone, she ran the digital innovation group for BBH LA.
Jeremy Hamman
Design Lead
Jeremy joined the Green Stone team after years of agency and freelance experience where he brought digital products to life for the likes of Starbucks, Bank of America, and the Better Business Bureau. His visual expertise is informed by a strong experience design backbone, ensuring that his work engages in empowering and memorable ways. At Green Stone he has helped brands craft compelling solutions that deal with today’s digital challenges thanks to a grounded sense of aesthetics and empathy for the user.
Sean Cardiff
Experience Lead
Sean joined Green Stone after working for a number of years at CP+B, where he developed experiences for Charles Schwab, VitaminWater, Best Buy, and more. With a background in industrial design and business strategy, Sean brings a combination of design knowledge and organizational thinking to help cultivate innovation in the toughest environments. One of our biggest champions when it comes to embedding, he is at his best when he’s working directly alongside teams and clients, working through trial and error and building together.
