Ned Show
CEO
As CEO, Ned has helped lead Chemistry on a path of
aggressive growth. In less than 10 years, revenue has
expanded 700% and the agency's staff has increased
from 16 to more than 150+ employees. Ned has
successfully engineered the acquisition of several firms
and added a second office in Atlanta, GA.

His career has included account management and
strategic planning leadership roles at leading
independent agencies including engage, Brunner and
Marc advertising. His client experience is vast and
stretches across multiple categories - from retail and
consumer packaged goods, to healthcare and financial
services. Over the past 25 years he has worked with
brands like PNC bank, H&R Block, Sears Optical, Rite
Aid, Land O Lakes, Silk soy Milk, Tums, Tagamet, Siemens
and UPMC Health Plan.

He has a BA from the Pennsylvania State University and
a Masters in Business Administration from the Katz
Graduate School of Business at the University of
Pittsburgh.

Dan Dehner
Chief Interactive Officer
As Chief Interactive Officer, Dan Dehner drives all aspect of the interactive solutions created by Chemistry from the initial strategy and client contact through the solutions’ final deployment. A self-proclaimed technology addict, Dan lives and breathes the Internet and the devices it’s viewed on—and considers problem-solving a hobby. His experience includes digital strategy, UX, design, development, and analytics. Over the past 20 years, Dan has produced and managed interactive solutions for clients such as Dell Computer Corporation, Bank of New York Mellon, H&R Block, American Eagle Outfitters, PNC Bank, EDS, The Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, and Ford.

Tim Smith
President, Atlanta
As Chemistry Atlanta’s president, Tim takes pride in immersing himself in the day-to-day business of each Chemistry client, while offering a guiding hand towards solving big picture challenges. This ‘walk softly and carry a big idea’ approach was honed at agencies like BBDO NY, where he created the famous talking M&M’s campaign, and at DDB Chicago, where he has multiple Super Bowl spots to his credit. Prior to joining Chemistry, Tim served as a founding partner and president of breensmith advertising. The shop won Best Small Agency in Social Media in 2015 and Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year Southeast in 2016. Chemistry went on to win Ad Age's Small Agency of the Year Northeast in 2018.

Chris Breen
Chief Creative Officer, Atlanta
Chris sets the tone for all agency creative thinking. His obsession for work that refuses to be ignored began at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he was a part of the team that helped launch the Truth anti-smoking campaign. Over the last two decades, he has helped define and redefine brands like Virgin, Sony, IKEA, and Guinness. Prior to joining Chemistry, Chris served as a founding partner and creative director of breensmith advertising. The shop won Best Small Agency in Social Media in 2015 and Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year in 2016. In the fall of 2016, breensmith merged with digital agency Chemistry. Under Chris’ leadership, Chemistry was named an Ad Age Small Agency of the Year again in 2018.
