Steve Luquire
Chairman / Founder
Steve co-founded the firm as Luquire George Andrews in 1984, building the business from a three-person shop to one of the Southeast’s leading advertising, digital and public relations agencies. He maintains involvement in many aspects of the agency’s services, including branding, strategic counsel, public relations and new business initiatives. Steve is devoted to Luquire clients and understands the company’s most valuable assets are the people who contribute to making the agency a special place to work.
Brooks Luquire
CEO
With 20 years of strategic marketing and branding experience, including roles with MillerCoors, Bank of America and the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, Brooks brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Luquire’s CEO. Along with overseeing the agency’s business development, talent management and operations, Brooks is actively involved in developing the deep client relationships that have always been a hallmark of the agency his dad co-founded in 1984.
Stephanie Spicer
President
Stephanie oversees the agency’s day-to-day work, ensuring seamless integration and flawless execution on behalf of our clients. She also leans heavily on her vast expertise in brand strategy, working tirelessly to ensure client brands and communications are rooted in a deeper understanding of business needs, target insights and category landscapes. With a proven track record of developing growth-driving strategies for brands such as Oreo, Advil and Botox, Stephanie’s data-driven approach helps Luquire ensure clients achieve results while keeping their audiences first. Previous experience includes stints at Grey Worldwide and Foote, Cone & Belding.
Glen Hilzinger
Chief Creative Officer
Named one of the top 10 copywriters in the world by Ad Age, and one of the 25 most creative people in advertising by Business Insider, Glen has spent his career working on a wide range of brands, from GMC and Minute Maid, to Expedia and Amazon. As our Chief Creative Officer, Glen manages the creative department with a strong belief in multichannel platform thinking that is focused on driving results. Before joining Luquire in 2019, he spent nine years at Leo Burnett, 19 years at Doner and a couple of years at J. Walter Thompson.
Sarah Floyd
SVP, Client Engagement
With more than fifteen years of strategic brand-building experience, Sarah leads the agency’s client engagement team and is responsible for partnering closely with clients to help them achieve their business and marketing goals. Relentless stewards of our clients’ businesses, the client engagement team works with both client and internal teams to help brands tell their stories through integrated marketing campaigns. Prior to joining the Luquire team, Sarah worked at McCann Erickson in New York and The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia. During her time at those agencies, she produced national and global campaigns for brands including MasterCard, ExxonMobil and Pizza Hut.

Sonia joins Luquire from Zimmerman Advertising after 19 very successful years in new business roles landing accounts such as McDonald’s, Office Depot, Kay Jewelers, Six Flags, Carfax, Dunkin’ Donuts, Five Below, Michaels, Crocs, Lane Bryant, Jamba Juice, Boston Market, and many more. Sonia’s impressive track record managing pitches for multimillion-dollar accounts, coupled with her ability to build relationships and open doors, make her the ideal person to expand Luquire's client roster. Originally from Bolivia, she brings a diverse perspective to Luquire’s leadership team.
Barry Finkelstein
SVP, Public Relations
Barry leads our PR practice and serves on the agency’s senior leadership team. A veteran of such well-known global firms as FleishmanHillard and MSL Group, Barry joined Luquire in 2015 after spending years at Erwin Penland in Greenville, S.C. A recognized expert in crisis and issues management, Barry has presented on the subject at the annual conference for the Public Relations Society of America and serves as a judge for its annual Silver Anvil Awards.
