A little Texas Hill Country, a little Uptown NYC, Dawn brings both grit and elegance. She is an action-oriented brand leader and strategic advisor to global brands, always out ahead of category trends. She has proven success in launching new products as well as helping to grow billion-dollar brands. Dawn cut her teeth at big global networks like Y&R and McCann Erickson, for clients like Colgate-Palmolive, P&G, Capital One, and Mastercard. She currently serves as New Business Lead and heads up AFGNorth America and AFGLatAm.

Who take a client’s business as seriously as if it were their own. Joe’s one of those guys. A gifted artist and social commentator, Joe is also the official artist of Elvis Presley Enterprises and the Muhammad Ali Estate. He also maintains highly followed sports blogs chronicling the misfortunes of the Mets and the Jets.

Gib Marquardt

Gib, as in “BIG” spelled backwards. Big thinker. Big brand-builder. Big heart. Also, a big-time believer in the power of words and ideas to shape and transform brands. Gib started his career at JWT Chicago, creating award-winning work for clients ranging from Kellogg’s Cereals to Miller Beer to Motorola Flip Phones. At McCann New York he helped usher in a new era of creative focus for Mastercard, Lucent Technologies, United Way, and AT&T. At AFG&, his wit and warmth can be felt across the agency portfolio.

Yücel Erdogan
Co-Chief Creative Officer
What do you call an accomplished artist/critically acclaimed photographer/director/award-winning art director? At AFG&, we call him Yücel. Mr. Erdogan began his career at Publicis for Max Factor. He joined AFG& in 1999, winning and developing ground breaking work for Bacardi, Tumi, Sally Hansen, Fortunoff, St. Regis, and Carrera y Carrera. After a brief stint partnering with Sean “P Diddy” Combs to help catapult CIROC vodka to the fastest-growing spirit in the world, Yücel returned to AFG& in 2015. We’re richer for it.
