Katy Hornaday
Chief Executive Officer
Katy Hornaday is the CEO of BarkleyOKRP, one of the largest independent agencies in the U.S. After more than a decade of building the agency from the inside out — from Creative Director to Chief Creative Officer to CEO — she now leads 700+ partners across five cities with one belief: modern marketing works best when strategy, creative, and media move as one.
For Katy, that belief drives how she’s reshaped BarkleyOKRP into a thoroughly modern agency, one that experiments with ideas, data, AI, and emerging platforms to bring brands closer to people and businesses closer to growth. That approach has helped clients like Planet Fitness, Red Lobster, AMC Theatres, Wingstop, and Old Navy discover their biggest possible future.
She’s helped shape BarkleyOKRP into what the industry calls a “Big Indie”: big enough to move markets, independent enough to never lose its soul. Her leadership style reflects the same ethos: feedback should make you better, not smaller; empathy is a business superpower; and culture is something you build together, every day.
Katy has been recognized on Adweek’s Creative 100 and Business Insider’s Most Creative Women in Advertising. But she’ll tell you the titles that matter most are closer to home: mom to Emery and Palmer, and partner to her husband John.
Nate Swift
President
Nate Swift is President of BarkleyOKRP, where he helps scale what makes the agency different—keeping integration real, strategy sharp, and creativity free to roam. As a former Chief Strategy Officer and CMO, he brings a rare blend of brand intelligence and business instinct to one of the largest independent shops in the country.
Before stepping into the president’s seat, Nathaniel spent a decade building OKRP from the inside out—leading strategy and cross-functional teams behind standout work for Burger King, Metro by T-Mobile, Ace Hardware, and Chili’s. Earlier stops at David&Goliath, DonatWald+Haque, and DDB taught him how to launch, test, optimize, and repeat—always in service of impact, not just impressions.
He’s known for breaking silos, challenging assumptions, and helping creative and strategy move in lockstep. Outside the office, you’ll find him chauffeuring kids or chasing trout—both great practice for staying patient under pressure.
Sean Corcoran
President, MissionOne Media
Sean Corcoran is a media powerhouse who’s spent his career redefining how brands connect with consumers. As President, Media & Analytics at MissionOne Media, he’s bringing scale with soul, fusing data, creativity, and transparency to fight the media machines.
Before MissionOne, he led Mediahub to 400% growth, developing the game-changing “human-led challenger strategy” and launching Netflix, JetBlue, Chipotle, and Royal Caribbean into new heights. A former Forrester Research analyst, he helped define “paid, owned, and earned” media—yes, that industry staple.
His secret weapon? A relentless push for clarity, control, and creativity in a media world full of smoke and mirrors.
Demian Brink
Chief Data+Analytics Officer (M1M)
Demian Brink is a data trailblazer with 20+ years of experience turning numbers into narratives that drive business results. Now at MissionOne Media as Chief Analytics & Data Officer, he’s leading the charge to bring full-funnel measurement and transparency to the forefront of modern media.
Before that, he built global analytics capabilities at Mediahub, pioneered revenue-generating data solutions at The Martin Agency, and redefined media strategy for brands like Harley-Davidson, Citibank, and HealthPartners. A master of media mix modeling, attribution, and cutting through data chaos, he’s racked up Webby Awards, Cannes Lions, and One Show Pencils along the way.
His secret weapon? Making analytics actionable, creative, and impossible to ignore.
Chris Cardetti
Chief Strategy Officer
Chris Cardetti builds brands the way they’re meant to be built: no handoffs, no half-measures. As Chief Strategy Officer at BarkleyOKRP, he’s spent the last decade turning strategy, intelligence, and communications planning into the art and science behind Whole Brand thinking.
From Dairy Queen to Planet Fitness, Motel 6 to AMC Theatres, Chris has helped iconic brands transform, rebound, and reignite with a signature style of action-first insights and culture-fueled strategy. His work has snagged Effies, Reggies, Cannes Lions, Shorty's, and Clios, but what matters more? Real impact, not just shiny trophies.
Under Chris’s leadership, BarkleyOKRP’s strategy team goes upstream, diving deep into the qualitative, quantitative, and cultural to understand modern consumers better than anyone else. He’s also a proud 4A’s Strategy Committee member and a relentless champion for insight-driven, Whole-Brand growth.
When he’s not shaping brands, Chris is busy coaching, chauffeuring, and stocking the snack drawer for his three kids in Kansas City.
Lindsey DeWitte
Chief Impact Officer
Lindsey DeWitte leads the purpose, sustainability, public relations and influencer practices at BarkleyOKRP, helping brands define what they stand for and prove it through action. As Chief Impact Officer, Lindsey builds strategies that blend brand storytelling with social or environmental impact to drive meaningful results.
She also oversees BarkleyOKRP’s B-corp certification status—an initiative that proves the agency meets the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability—a designation only 1% of ad agencies in the U.S. have achieved.
Lindsey has helped shape the reputations of some of the world’s most purpose-driven brands, including Planet Fitness, Tony’s Chocolonely, Motel 6, L’Oréal Paris, and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Whether guiding clients through moments of cultural complexity or leading campaigns that mobilize people around a shared cause, she brings empathy, strategic clarity, and a sharp reputational instincts that consistently breaks through.
Raised on a cattle ranch, Lindsey carries a lifelong love of nature, and a deep commitment to issues that make a positive impact on the world. She lives in Kansas City with her husband, two boys, and their dog, Huck.
Brenda Donahue
Chief Operating Officer
Brenda Donahue knows how to turn operations into a creative superpower. As Chief Operating Officer at BarkleyOKRP, she brings 25+ years of agency leadership to a Big Indie on the rise: helping streamline teams, optimize processes, and scale smart across five U.S. offices.
Before stepping into her current role post-merger, Brenda served as COO of OKRP, where she led everything from project management to HR to marketing strategy. She restructured entire departments, launched a BEP certified production arm (Putney), helped build a content studio, and fueled award-winning work for Camelot and the Illinois Lottery, including record-breaking sales.
Her resume spans stints at Downtown Partners Chicago, VSA Partners, The Richards Group, and Leo Burnett with client chops across Camelot Illinois, Comcast, Tropicana, and a long list of C-suite partnerships. She’s also a founding member of Women in Advertising for Gender Equity, and a fierce advocate for future-focused, inclusive workplaces.
A builder by nature and a fixer by instinct, Brenda blends operational rigor with creative empathy—because great work doesn’t scale without both.
Dan Fromm
Founding Partner
Dan Fromm is one of the architects behind BarkleyOKRP’s Big Indie rise. As Founding Partner, he helped transform the agency into one of the largest independents in the U.S. fusing creativity, collaboration, and operational smarts across offices in Kansas City, Chicago, Denver, New York, Austin, and Pittsburgh.
Dan’s path started in journalism and TV as he was a feature producer at ESPN before diving into the marketing world. He founded his own sponsorship and events agency before joining BarkleyOKRP, where he’s spent two decades in roles spanning account leadership, client service, and operations. As President since 2010, Dan has helped steer the agency’s most significant evolutions, including the landmark merger with OKRP.
He’s not just building an agency but a better Kansas City. Dan serves as Board Chair of the KC Action Fund, working to improve student outcomes, and sits on the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art board.
His leadership style is creative and collaborative. He always pushes for more impact, more heart, and a hell of a lot more possibility.
Asad Hussain
Chief Financial Officer
Asad Husain brings a global finance lens to BarkleyOKRP as CFO, overseeing financial strategy across a rapidly scaling, independent creative powerhouse. Based in New York and working across Chicago and Kansas City, he’s the numbers guy with a deep understanding of what fuels growth for modern brands and how to make every dollar count.
Before joining BarkleyOKRP, Asad was Global CFO for UM Worldwide and Matterkind, guiding multi-billion-dollar operations across borders and disciplines. His earlier roles include senior finance leadership at IPG Mediabrands and deal-making chops from his days in M&A and capital markets at Interpublic Group and Morgan Stanley.
He’s led acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and capital strategy for creative and media agencies worldwide—and yes, he’s survived investment banking (twice). He’s also a former Fulbright Scholar and Georgetown + Harvard Business School alum.
When he's not steering the financial future of BarkleyOKRP, Asad serves on the board of an environmental conservation nonprofit, advises early stage startups, and explores the world through mountaineering and scuba diving. He’s also a member of the Friends of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
Reshma Karnik
Chief Media Officer (M1M)
Reshma Karnik is a media game-changer who knows how to turn data, technology, and media investments into business growth. As Chief Media Officer at MissionOne Media, she’s leading the charge in integrated, audience-first media strategies that make every dollar work harder.
Before MissionOne, she built global media solutions at dentsu, led data and tech strategy at MediaLink, and scaled Amnet’s Audience Center across international markets. She’s as fluent in programmatic, analytics, and media investments as she is in business development and client success.
Her edge? Bridging data with creativity to drive smarter, sharper, and more effective media strategies—without the fluff.
Jeff King
Founding Partner
Jeff King started as an intern who talked his way into the room—and never stopped building from there. Over a 16-year run as CEO, Jeff helped transform Barkley into one of the country’s largest independent agencies, merging scale with soul to launch BarkleyOKRP and its Big Indie model. Now as Founding Partner, he’s focused on what he does best: growing brands, growing people, and growing what’s possible.
Under his leadership, the agency earned Certified B Corporation status. It became a creative and cultural force partnering with brands like Dairy Queen, Motel 6, and Winnebago while doubling down on diversity, sustainability, and values-driven growth.
Before his top job, Jeff led offices, ran new businesses, and helped shape agencies, from Three Wide Marketing to Fletcher Martin to GSD&M, where he worked on the iconic “Texas: It’s like a whole other country” campaign.
Off the clock, Jeff serves on national boards for the 4As and The BrandLab and has long supported Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City. His leadership philosophy? Say yes to the interview, even when the intern slots are full. The rest tends to follow.
Tom O'Keefe
Founding Partner
Tom O’Keefe has spent his career proving one thing: creativity works hardest when it delivers results. As Founder and CEO of OKRP, now part of the BarkleyOKRP Big Indie, Tom has brought his signature “rigorous creativity” brand to Metro by T-Mobile, Burger King, Ferrara, Ace Hardware, Illinois Tourism, and Corona Premier.
Before launching OKRP, Tom held top creative leadership roles at FCB and DraftFCB, where he helped architect game-changing campaigns for Amazon, Taco Bell, and Coors. His secret? Treat every message like music: it should move people, whether it sings or not.
Over the years, his work has won awards, but he’s always prioritized effectiveness over fanfare. What matters most is work that hits, resonates, and builds lasting brands.
When he’s not running the show, Tom is either writing, riffing, or reminding teams that the best ideas don’t chase applause, they earn it.
Stephanie Parker
Chief Client Experience Officer
Stephanie Parker leads Client Experience at BarkleyOKRP with one mission: help brands do more than just show up—help them matter. As Chief Client Experience Officer, she brings over 20 years of full-funnel, whole-brand expertise, shaping brand decisions that impact every touchpoint, from culture to content to conversion.
She’s partnered with some of the biggest names in retail, healthcare, financial services, and restaurants—Target, UnitedHealthcare, U.S. Bank, Sonic, Applebee’s, Wingstop, and Dairy Queen—and knows how to move fast without breaking strategy. Equal parts brand generalist and business guru, Stephanie thrives on digging deep into her clients’ ecosystems and measuring creative against what moves the needle.
She’s grown up at BarkleyOKRP, rising from Account Manager to C-suite, and now leads cross-functional teams to deliver brand experiences that feel seamless, sharp, and soulfully connected. She loves the thrill of the big idea and the even bigger impact when it works.
Outside the office, she brings that same energy to her creative outlets, including cooking her way through cookbooks and learning to sew.
Jason Parks
Chief Growth Officer
Jason Parks leads growth at BarkleyOKRP, where he’s helped transform the agency into one of the country's largest, and fastest-growing, independents. As Chief Growth Officer, he was the force behind 20 new clients in 20 months (2020), including Motel 6, Delta Faucets, and U.S. Bank; helping drive 40% organic growth and record-breaking revenue along the way.
A brand strategist with deep experience in retail, CPG, and experience-first categories, Jason has led work for brands like Dairy Queen, AMC Theatres, Planet Fitness, Haribo, Justin’s, and Winnebago. He’s spent more than a decade shaping the BarkleyOKRP brand: from intern to EVP to CGO and previously held partner roles at Adamson Advertising, where he led campaigns for ESPN, Marmot, and the Missouri Lottery.
Jason’s also a go-to voice on the Mirren and ANA stages, sharing insights on Gen Z, future-proofing brands, and modern consumer behavior. Named to Kansas City’s 40 Under 40 and St. Louis’ 30 Under 30, he also serves on marketing advisory boards for William Jewell College and the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
When he’s not chasing the next big pitch, Jason’s celebrating his kids—and occasionally, a minute to breathe.
Nick Paul
Founding Partner
Nick Paul is a founding force behind BarkleyOKRP’s Big Indie DNA. As co-founder of OKRP, he’s spent over a decade helping brands like Burger King, Ferrara, Ace Hardware, and Illinois Tourism do more than advertise, he helps them grow.
Nick brings a rare trifecta of experience: client, agency, and media to everything he touches. Before OKRP, he served as EVP and Global Chief Growth Officer at Draftfcb, built experiential campaigns for Fortune 1000 brands at 361 Experiential, and led marquee events like the NCAA Men’s Maui Invitational and PGA Tour’s Kemper Open at Kemper Lesnik Communications.
He knows how to scale agencies, lead teams, and chase what’s next and he does it all while staying deeply rooted in community. He serves on the 4A’s New Business Committee and the board of the Good Sports Foundation.
Big-brand builder. Relationship guy. And the kind of leader who still believes great work starts with a great conversation.
Rahul Roy
Chief Relationship Officer
Rahul Roy is the kind of leader who’s done it all and still shows up like there’s everything left to prove. As Chief Relationship Officer at BarkleyOKRP, he leads the agency’s most significant client relationships while shaping the culture and coaching the next wave of talent. His north star? Building agencies that work for clients, teams, and the work itself.
He joined OKRP in 2014 and helped scale it it from a scrappy startup to an Ad Age A-List shop, holding roles from Head of Client Business to COO to CCO. Before that, Rahul spent over a decade each at FCB and JWT, running accounts like KFC, Taco Bell, Kraft, Quaker, Heinz, Dell, and Nestlé. The man has marketing DNA in both hemispheres: his career started in India under the legendary Tara Sinha who built McCann India, and he’s never looked back (because she might yell at him from the afterlife if he did).
If there’s a brand to build, a relationship to nurture, or a team to rally, Rahul’s probably already on it. And if not, he will be… right after he finishes this coffee.
Benjamin McCabe
SVP, CRM
Benjamin McCabe is a CRM heavyweight, turning data into lasting consumer relationships that drive loyalty and revenue. As SVP, CRM at MissionOne Media, he’s building next-gen omni-channel engagement strategies that move beyond transactions to true brand affinity.
Previously, at VMLY&R, he led CRM and analytics for global brands, and at Intouch Solutions, he transformed relationship marketing in the healthcare space. A former KCDMA President, he’s been shaping the future of direct and digital marketing for over two decades.
His superpower? Blending data, strategy, and personalization to make every customer touchpoint count.
Berk Wasserman
EVP, Creative (Executive Creative Director)
Berk Wasserman didn’t want to grow up and be in advertising. He wanted to be a member of the A-team. But when the show was cancelled in 1987, he had to think of something else to do and advertising was pretty much the same thing. In advertising, Berk could work with a group of random, talented people with varying degrees of emotional stability, overcome insane obstacles and create culture defining ideas that become timeless, much like the A-team.
As an ECD at BarkleyOKRP, Berk couldn’t be happier. His love for TV, film, writing, directing, pitching and leading creatives into battle is fulfilled every day where he runs some of the agency’s largest clients including Planet Fitness, Red Lobster, Suja Organic and AMC Theatres.
Before joining BarkleyOKRP he was a Creative Director at FCB Chicago and Crispin Porter + Bogusky where he created iconic campaigns for Coors Light, Miller Lite, Kmart, Taco Bell, Edge Shaving Gel and Windex to name a few. Berk has been recognized at Cannes, Clio, One Show, Radio Mercury Awards, London International Awards, Communication Arts, Archive and the Effies.
And when he isn’t making the advertising things, or living vicariously through his son’s awesome hair, he’s running Archer – makers of the first home products created for men. A company he co-founded with two other people who also wanted to be in the A-team.
Dan Davies
EVP, Product (M1M)
Dan is the architect of audience-first media: a strategist who’s been engineering the future of ad tech, data, and performance marketing for over a decade. Now at MissionOne Media as EVP, Product, he’s bringing precision, innovation, and transparency to modern media.
Before that, he built and scaled Connexio Health, led Havas’ digital investments, and helped shape MullenLowe’s Media Sciences division, running in-house SaaS trading, private marketplaces, and attribution modeling before it was trendy. A data-file-phile (his words), he’s been in the trenches of DSPs, DMPs, and dynamic creative since the dawn of programmatic.
His playbook? Unlocking smarter media investments that deliver real business results and no black-box B.S.
Ernest Meadows, III

An AdAge 40 Under 40 honoree and bare-knuckle karate champion, he’s built and led search and content teams at MullenLowe Mediahub, MoneyLion, and JumpCrew, delivering award-winning SEO innovations that drive real revenue, not just rankings.
As a former CEO of Growth Skills, his training propelled the next generation of growth marketers, sales pros, and digital innovators. He’s scaled brands like Smirnoff, Western Union, and CVS and even advises The Hip Hop Museum on digital strategy.

His edge? Blending strategy, tech, and execution to make every dollar work harder with no fluff, just results.

Matt Zeiger
SVP, Technology (M1M)

A former Mediahub and Havas heavyweight, he’s landed big wins for Nat Geo, Fidelity, and Goodyear while crafting first-to-market media solutions.
His secret sauce? Building challenger brands into category leaders with precision, innovation, and zero wasted dollars.
