Wondersauce has deep expertise in ecommerce, publishing, and full interactive brand experiences spanning screens to drive real growth. We’ve built an agency that works across the complete customer journey, focused on how people use the internet and how each touchpoint impacts your brand. We blend tech, media, and creative strategies seamlessly to create utility driven campaigns and activations along with video and rich editorial. Wondersauce is headquartered in New York City with additional offices in Columbus, OH, Los Angeles, and London. We’re a team of 100+ creatives, strategists, producers, and technologists. We’re also part of a larger organization, Project Worldwide; an independent, global network of wholly owned creative agencies. Our main goal is to create the best solutions for our clients through an iterative and transparent process, using a down-to-earth collaboration style. We’ve helped to launch dozens of digital-first brands, and have had the privilege of working with a range of businesses from complex, large organizations, to the coolest startups.

John Sampogna
Co-Founder & CEO
As co-founder and CEO of Wondersauce, John is involved in all aspects of Wondersauce and holds a passion for understanding different business models and the evolution of agency services. John’s focus is ensuring that the agency is constantly positioned to meet the needs of its customers and remain a step ahead of its competition. Since co-founding Wondersauce in 2011, Wondersauce has scaled to over 100 employees, in 5 markets, and 3 countries. In 2013, John was named to Business Insider's Most Creative People in Advertising Under 30 List. Wondersauce was ranked #506 in Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America list. In 2016, Wondersauce was acquired by Project Worldwide and has successfully integrated into the network. John remains involved as the day to day lead of the business, driving all strategic decisions and working closely with clients and partners.
Megan Blake
Chief Operating Officer
Megan believes that design doesn’t exist to just be aesthetically pleasing, but instead as a powerful business differentiator. Through that lens, Megan oversees all operational aspects of Wondersauce. She has been a key driver to the company’s growth and scale over the past nine years, which includes opening and operationalizing Wondersauce offices domestically and globally, broadening and refining our technical offering, as well as ensuring that the Wondersauce quality standards remain consistent across every engagement, no matter how small or large. She is driven to find innovative solutions that meet client objectives and exceed business goals.
Prior to Wondersauce, Megan worked in the digital arm of ad agencies such as Arnold, DDB, Proximity BBDO. She has worked across nearly every industry including, but not limited to: automotive, beauty, fashion, tech, pharmaceuticals, CPG and energy.
Chris Sampogna
Chief Financial Officer
Chris keeps Wondersauce running by keeping a pulse on all of its operations. He is involved with several accounts, managing the billings and vendor payments. He manages the accounting, financial reporting and budgets of the business. He’s been managing the day-to-day of Wondersauce’s financials since October 2015.
Ally Brito
Chief Growth Officer
Ally joined the Wondersauce team over seven years ago after a short stint in politics. During her time at Wondersauce she has scaled both content production and paid media offerings. She continues to oversee both offerings while also leading business development and ensuring quality across key accounts.
Marc Cracco
Chief Technical Officer
Marc brings diligent technical oversight to all projects at Wondersauce. Working closely with all discipline leads, Marc strives to design a software and architecture stack catered specifically to the project. He's passionate about developing robust scalable solutions from a technical standpoint that will not only solve client needs, but allow them to grow within their new solution. Experienced across varied areas such as application architecture, on site and cloud infrastructure, application development patterns, security and large capacity networks Marc can bring experience to the team allowing us the ability to tackle intricate projects in a responsible manner.
