Tim Mitchell

Dr.Tim Mitchell is Chief Medical Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness ,where a key focus of hisr ole is transforming complex scientific information into simple, meaningful narratives that motivate behaviorchange. To this challenge, Tim brings qualifications in both medicine (PhDinPharmacology) and psychology (BachelorofPsychology–Hons1st), and experience from his early academic career leading clinical trials and lecturing at King’s College London. In the health carecommunications arena, he has more than 10years’ experience working across Publicis offices in New York and London providing seniors cientific and strategic support to his clients on global, European and US assignments, across a broad spectrum of therapeutic categories and communication disciplines. His team has developed a global network of 4000+ physician advisors as well as mobile technology solutions that enable on-demand sourcing of insights.
Lynn Rossi
EVP Client Services
Lynn has 20 years in the industry with a specialty building and leading integrated business models, both globally and in North America, across the Health, Wellness and CPG categories.
A Publicis veteran, Lynn has been with the network over 15 years, recently joining Publicis Health to lead the CPG/Wellness practice for SSW. Lynn spent the last 12 years of her career at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising where she was Global Client Leader for Mead Johnson Nutrition, a leading provider of infant formulas and growing up milks under their flagship Enfa brand. In her role, Lynn managed a comprehensive portfolio with proven results in Consumer Equity/Brand-Building, Digital & CRM, Retail, Medical Marketing and Media across 25 markets in North America, Asia, Latin America and Europe. Lynn also led GSK’s OTC brands including Theraflu, Lamisil, Abreva and Voltaren, with primary focus on North America and EU.
Now at SSW, Lynn will leverage her depth of consumer CPG and OTC experience to drive existing businesses and expand the agency’s non-pharma Wellness offerings. She also maintains her Publicis role for Mead Johnson (now Reckitt Benckiser) where she continues to lead network efforts for North America.
Steven Hebert

Having spent 20+ years in the industry, Steven understands how to apply bold ideas to impact the lives of patients in the regulated healthcare space.
After working as managing director for FCBCURE and leading strategy for Intouch Solutions as SVP of Strategic Development, Steven returned to Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, driving growth for the agency as EVP of Business Development.
A writer and strategist by trade, Steven’s strength lies in focusing on people, product, and profit to implement strategic initiatives and champion compelling pitches.
Louis Pietrangelo
SVP, Finance and Operations
Lou joined the Publicis network in 2011, initially working with Digitas Health before leading the integration of Heartbeat into the network.
Now, Lou serves as SVP of Finance & Operations at SSW, working with the executive leadership team to optimize growth and profitability, as well as operational oversight, agency planning, and strategy.
In keeping with Winston Churchill’s famous quote, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts,” Lou believes the key to a prosperous team is flexibility and perseverance.
When Lou closes down his computer for the day, he looks forward to spending quality time with his wife Lauren and daughter Mia.
