Kendra Schaaf
Founder / CEO
Named a 2022 Ad Age leading woman, Kendra founded Schaaf in the Summer of 2023. Her goal with Schaaf is to assemble a team of people who “get it” and partner with marketers looking to push the boundaries – to connect with their existing audiences and expand to new audiences by being courageous, experimental and hungry for making an immediate impact. Prior to starting Schaaf, Kendra was Managing Director of Mojo Supermarket, and held roles at The New York Times, Droga5, Media Arts Lab and others.
Meg Farquhar

Meg is an award-winning Creative Director with over 15 years of experience and a passion for doing fearless work. Her belief is that fearless work starts with listening, collaborating and building a dynamic of candor and trust. This lead to a career defined by results and iconic brand work which has taken her around the world, working in The UK, Brazil, Singapore, and Canada. And, her thought leadership has put her in front of audiences at world women’s hour and the Whext Conference in Brazil.
