EXCLUSIVE: Led by interim EVP Eve Asbury, the group will create tangible solutions for its members as ad agencies face new challenges.
The American Association of Advertising Agencies (4As) has formed a new, dedicated group called the Innovation Team, tasked with creating measurable solutions for the organization’s agency members.
The team will focus on initiatives related to data strategy and the creation of operational processes, including member dashboards. Ultimately, the resulting solutions will offer support for an agency’s acquisition efforts and sales support.
Under the “Next Chapter” strategy, led by CEO Justin Thomas-Copeland, the 4As is fundamentally changing its role from being more of a consulting partner for its ad agency members to an organization proactively focused on delivering tangible, usable outcomes.
