Handling a variety of services, the agency is evolving the southern QSR brand to grow its presence in the marketplace
Birmingham, December 06, 2022 – Jack’s Family Restaurants has selected independent, integrated communications agency Big Communications as its agency of record, effective immediately. Big will tackle strategy, creative, traditional media, PR and digital content creation. The move comes as Jack’s builds momentum with the unveiling of 20 new stories – with further expansion planned for 2023.
“We look forward to partnering with Jack’s at this point in its history. With a strong regional identity and solid leadership team, we feel it is poised to build upon its legacy,” said John Montgomery, founder and CEO, Big Communications. “This allows Big to do what it does best: deliver solid thinking that impacts the present and shapes the future.”
Big was awarded the business following a review. The first integrated campaign from the agency includes creative, PR and paid media. The campaign embodies Jack’s fandom while presenting a new outlook to the culture and community of the South the QSR brand has served for generations.
The agency will also help Jack’s prepare for new restaurant openings and brand activations. In specific locations that have undergone reconstruction to fit Jack’s new ‘Southern Charm’ design, Big will assist with market relaunches.
“We are impressed with Big’s mindset that combines creative and earned media to drive business results,” said Billie Jo Waara, CMO, Jack’s Family Restaurants. “Our decision to work with a strong local, creative agency means we can continue to build upon our guests’ love of our Southern heritage while we continue to grow and expand in communities throughout the region.”
