In celebration of Latinx Heritage Month, Deutsch LA has reentered the world of podcasting with the launch of Somos Advertising, created by its Latinx employee resource group, Teyquirisi. The new podcast hopes to inform and inspire young Latinxs about the advertising industry with fellow experts and storytellers. This interview series checks in with those new to the industry and dives deeper with experts, exploring their paths and how Latinxs can find their “in” to the industry. The podcast takes deep dives into conversations that will positively impact Latinx professionals to learn more about design, strategy, account management, video production and creative.

Much like Three’s a Crowd’s Hex Code Black podcast, produced by Deutsch LA and its production co. Steelhead, Deutsch LA is thrilled to support meaningful conversations that will help creatives of color find their place in advertising.

Bringing a fresh perspective, Deutsch LA account executive and podcast host Christopher Morales is lending his voice to generate conversations that will spark the interest of up and coming talent in the industry. Deeply rooted in his Mexican heritage, his family instilled discipline while sustaining their culture that he applies to his professional career. With less than two years of professional experience under his belt, Morales hopes to useful insight that motivates more college students and professionals to enter into advertising.
