New guidelines for brands to manage an unusual, disruptive, and rapidly evolving crisis were published by J Walker Smith, Chief Knowledge Officer, North America, at Kantar’s COVID-19 checklist for brands. “Plan for now for the recovery,” the guidelines advise. “Start looking ahead because the recovery will arrive as abruptly as this disruption.”
