TikTok has officially been Certified Against Fraud by the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG) along with ads.txt.
TikTok is working with a white-labeled MRC IVT partner at a pre-campaign analysis; we analyze 100% of the impressions and if we calculate a high likelihood of IVT, the ad impression is recalled before the ad is served. TAG certification against Fraud certifies that all impressions are served in a fraud-free safe environment to real humans.
