Charlotte Pipe & Foundry, the nation’s leading manufacturer of cast iron and plastic pipe and fittings, has initiated a gratitude campaign thanking essential workers for their commitment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The series of videos and print ads recognize essential workers, particularly those in the plumbing industry, for the important work they do to protect the nation’s infrastructure for safety and sanitation. As one ad notes, “Now more than ever pipelines are lifelines,” with copy set against the image of a medical handwashing station. Another ad inspired by the American flag thanks the company’s 1,500 associates who are essential in manufacturing the pipe and fittings needed by plumbers and the construction industry during this time.
The campaign was conceived and designed by the Charlotte branch of Mower, one of the largest independent marketing, advertising and public relations agencies in the U.S.
