The 4As has adopted the Power BI platform to share the 2020 Employee Compensation Survey with you. Power BI is a digital sharing platform that helps you connect to and visualize data using the unified, scalable platform for self-service and enterprise business intelligence (BI). It is easy to use and will aid you in gaining deeper data insight. Attending this session will teach you more about how this tool can provide you with a better alternative to the standard static flat files.
4As New Digital Rights Management (DRM) Software
Because the 4As takes your data security and privacy seriously, we have taken additional precautions to safeguard our member’s data and insights. Attending this session will teach you more about the 4As DRM strategy and how it can serve our mutual concerns moving forward.
4As 2020 Management Benchmarks & Financial Barometers Survey
The Management Benchmarks & Financial Barometers Survey was developed to provide agency management with key financial benchmarks relevant to advertising agencies. This survey will launch on November 17th and contains various sections including Staff Utilization, Gross Income KPI’s, Balance Sheet Ratios, Compensation Methodologies, and Pricing Economics. A brief overview of this survey and its importance is covered in the section.
Supplemental Discussion – Qualification Based Selection Process (QBS)
The US Government recognized many years ago that too much reliance on price led to poor quality advice and solutions from professional service firms, specifically related to engineering and architecture. To remedy this, Qualification-Based Selection (QBS) was developed to overcome the shortcomings of the price-based RFP. It is a procurement process that focuses on finding the most qualified provider of professional services, at a fair and negotiated price, instead of the least qualified provider, at an artificially low price. It is perfect for professional services that are custom, complex, and costly. The ICA (Institute of Communications Agencies) in Canada, believes QBS to be a process that can be used by marketers to select agencies.
Join the 4As and our New Business Community members for this discussion surrounding the merits of such an approach and the openness, interest, and likelihood of such a process being embraced.
