Rachel Huff brings a unique perspective on how to attract, build, and grow lasting client-agency relationships. As president and founder of Victoire & Co, she serves as an agency search consultant to in-house marketing and communications leaders and specializes in building brand-agency partnerships that drive long-term business success.
Having participated on both sides of hundreds of agency reviews, Rachel knows what the best brands want, and how the best agencies can deliver.
An agency veteran, Rachel previously served in agency business development leadership roles and on the account side developing integrated communications campaigns for clients including John Hancock, Verizon, Ocean Spray, DraftKings, and CVS.
