Many agencies are starting to receive inquiries about participating in a class action lawsuit involving local broadcasters and potential price fixing. Now that the United States District Court For The Northern District Of Illinois, Eastern Division, is close to finalizing the class eligible for recovery, more agencies are being asked whether or not they intend to “opt-in” or “opt-out” of the lawsuit.
Come join us for a webinar where we’ll hear from Ari Rothman at Venable LLP, an expert in class action litigation. Mr. Rothman will explain the process, the timelines involved in class action litigation, and what agencies should be aware of should they choose to participate or not participate in the lawsuit.
