A strategic guide for agencies evaluating programmatic solutions: in-house trading desks, DSP-managed services, or agnostic hybrid partnerships.

Designed for advertising agencies, this course dives into the three core models of programmatic media execution: in-house trading desks, managed-service DSP partnerships, and agnostic hybrid approaches. You’ll learn how to assess each model based on agency size, client budget levels, and technical capabilities—guided by a practical decision-matrix framework. We’ll unpack the strengths and challenges of each path, equipping your agency to choose and implement the most efficient, scalable, and profitable programmatic structure for you.
