Jerry Beers is a professional and leadership coach with over 20 years of corporate experience managing analytics and strategy teams in the advertising industry. He is a Hudson certified executive coach focused on leadership development and career re-invention.

Far from the "typical" number cruncher, Jerry is also a standup and improv comedian, experience that helps him foster trust with clients by combining a unique blend of curiosity, empathy, and humor. He leverages his corporate and leadership experience to partner with clients, enabling them to become more self-aware and achieve personal and professional growth. From expanding scope and responsibility to finding deeper professional purpose and direction, Jerry helps executives unblock their challenges and move their careers forward with intention and confidence.

After beginning his career working down the hall from Alan Greenspan at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC, Jerry changed careers in search of something more creative. He spent the next 20 years at Saatchi & Saatchi, LA on the Toyota account, designing creative marketing strategies deeply rooted in numbers. In his time at Saatchi, Jerry helped Toyota weather two recessions, a significant product recall, and multiple natural disasters.

He lives in San Diego, CA with his wife and two children. He is the founder and CEO of the Olivine Project.
