Module 1: Intentional Communication
- Learn about your own unique work style, how to predict the styles of team members, and strategies to adapt to others
- Explore two practical models for increasing the impact of your communications and conversations
- Learn to give effective feedback and handle difficult conversations to create a culture of open dialogue on teams
Module 2: Collaborative Leadership
- Gain insights and skills to drive productive teamwork on diverse teams and cultivate alignment toward a common goal
- Engage in self-reflection and group exercises to build your Collaboration Plan for a team you currently work with
- Explore the concept of psychological safety and its impact on team performance
Module 3: Strategic Problem Solving
- Identify a real problem and apply a framework to address themost common pitfalls we fall into when making strategic decisions (e.g. forming assumptions)
- Learn practical techniques around the power of questioning to get to the root cause of your problems
- Drive a culture of accountability to proactively address problems before they arise
Meet the Facilitator
Roshan Shah
Roshan is an executive coach, D&I facilitator and change consultant with 20 years of experience in organizational development, client service, and project management. She has held leadership positions at top agencies like RAPP Worldwide and McCann Erickson.
As a coach and facilitator, Roshan utilizes her expertise in organizational development to connect the details to the big picture, helping individuals and teams to gain alternate perspectives, build self and social awareness, and increase their impact through meaningful change.
Roshan graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with a BS in Finance and Marketing and holds a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia. Roshan is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and earned an Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI -MP) and a certified practitioner of DiSC.
Roshan loves change. In fact, she loves change so much that she’s lived in four different states in the last two years. Currently, she calls California home.
