Mike Della Porta is an award-winning technology and operations leader with 20 years of experience in the agency world. Known for his pragmatic and approachable leadership, Mike excels at tackling complex operational challenges, building relationships and alignment, scaling capabilities, and driving profitable growth.
As the former COO, CIO, and CTO of Butler/Till, one of the leading independent marketing agencies in the U.S., Mike spearheaded the transformation of the organization’s capabilities, driving innovation and scalability. His leadership resulted in record financial performance and significant growth for employee-shareholders.
Mike served as Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the 4As Executive Roundtable: Agency Operations & Business Transformation (AOBT), partnering with member colleagues across the U.S. to share best practices and develop the first-of-its-kind Industry Standard for Agency Operations.
In June 2024, Mike founded Della Porta Consulting LLC to empower agencies and organizations to elevate their operations, scale effectively, and drive profitable growth.
An alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mike remains actively involved in the academic community. He serves on advisory boards for the Saunders College of Business and the Golisano College of Computing & Information Sciences. Additionally, he contributes as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Business Intelligence.
