Tina is the Agency Growth Advertising lead for Microsoft Advertising, helping agencies who are new to Microsoft Advertising or who are looking to grow their business. She is responsible for driving scaled motions across our diverse group of customers and agencies. Previously, Tina had worked in B2B marketing roles at Microsoft Advertising but also other tech and media businesses. Tina is passionate about people and spends a lot of time nurturing and growing individuals across the industry to help them reach their potential.

Becca Smith – Head of Advertiser Analytics @ Microsoft Advertising
Becca Smith is the Head of Advertiser Analytics at Microsoft, where she leads strategic initiatives that transform data into actionable insights for advertising and media teams. Her focus is specializing in helping small, medium and mid-market businesses achieve more. She is passionate about helping both her analysts grow and helping businesses unlock potential through data. Becca has a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from North Central College.

Kevin Salat – Senior Product Marketing Manager @ Microsoft Advertising
Kevin Salat (he/him) is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft Advertising, currently focused on search-first automation products within the platform such as Performance Max. Kevin’s been at Microsoft Advertising in various roles since 2016, and prior to that iProspect, and loves engaging with advertisers on how to better empower them with our products. He holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and a Chinese minor from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys cycling, vinyl records, Classical Hollywood movies, and the New York Times daily crossword.
