Deutsch Elevates Gabriela Farias And Carie Bonillo In Business Affairs And Traffic Departments

Farias and Bonillo Will Oversee All Business Affairs and Traffic for the LA Office

Los Angeles, Calif. – October 31, 2018 – Deutsch today announced it has elevated Gabriela Farias to SVP, Director of Business Affairs and Carie Bonillo to SVP, Director of Traffic Operations. Together, the two will lead the business affairs and traffic departments for the agency’s Los Angeles office. In their new roles, Farias will oversee all production business and legal affairs and Bonillo will cultivate relationships between agency, media and vendor partners to ensure efficiency and budget exactness. Both will report to Deutsch’s North American Chief Creative Officer, Pete Favat.

Farias brings more than two decades of industry experience and knowledge to Deutsch. She has been at the agency for ten years after stints at BBDO, Arnold and TBWA/Chiat/Day. Farias has been a key player in producing work across a multitude of the agency’s clients – including the award-winning Volkswagen Super Bowl spot, “The Force.”

Bonillo joined Deutsch in 2011 as Director of Broadcast Traffic from Saatchi & Saatchi. With more than 30 years of advertising experience in traffic, business affairs and account, she has played an important role in bringing some of the agency’s most iconic work to life including the first-ever live music video with Target and Gwen Stefani, Mophie’s Super Bowl spot and the launch of Eminem’s 2018 album “Revival.”
