Registration for the 2026 IAAS program is now open. This professional development program is regarded as one of the most comprehensive programs for high-potential talent in your agency.

The program helps unlock each participant’s potential by sharpening hard and soft skills through interactive learning from some of the top practitioners in our industry and through the first-hand experience of solving a real-world marketing challenge for a growing brand.

– Eight weeks of training (one evening/week; mix of in-person and virtual sessions).

– A challenging, real-world client issue to tackle.

– And a rousing competition to see who has the chops to address a genuine client challenge with the best solution.

Member Pricing:

– $1100 first participant

– $1000 second participant

– $900 all subsequent

Non-Member Pricing:

– $1300 for all participants

During the program, participants will ‘go to school’ to get a fresh perspective from and learn from subject matter experts. Courses will be a mixture of remote and in-person sessions including a client briefing, strategy and integrated planning, creative idea generation, measurement and presentation skills. Participants will learn how to organize, prepare, work together, and ultimately deliver a pitch for a significant national brand. Our client for this year’s program will be Crystal Farms, a Post Holdings brand.

Participants are encouraged across agency disciplines, including account management, strategy and planning, media and data, social and PR, creative, design, and production.
