Becca Smith – Head of Advertiser Analytics @ Microsoft Advertising
Becca Smith is the Head of Advertiser Analytics at Microsoft, where she leads strategic initiatives that transform data into actionable insights for advertising and media teams. Her focus is specializing in helping small, medium and mid-market businesses achieve more. She is passionate about helping both her analysts grow and helping businesses unlock potential through data. Becca has a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from North Central College.

Ashley Cooke – Product Marketing Manager @ Microsoft Advertising
Ashley Cooke is a Product Marketer at Microsoft, where she manages storytelling for advertising solutions that deliver results.
