Georgia is a Ghanaian-American multidisciplinary creative based in New York. Her skill set ranges from graphic design to social media strategy, and she’s passionate about making culturally rooted work and positively impacting her community through her creative endeavors. Outside of work enjoys studying the work of other POC creatives and building up her list of the best things to do in NYC.

Amanda Anderson

A seasoned federal lobbyist and grassroots advocacy professional, Amanda collaborates with external stakeholders and government officials to advance the public policy goals of 4A’s members. Her experience includes tenures at McGuireWoods Consulting, DDC Public Affairs, and Peloton Technology. Residing in the DC suburbs, Amanda is a William & Mary alumna, diehard Chicago Cubs fan, and avid house plant enthusiast.

Most of Nadine’s professional career has been connected to the 4A’s. First as a librarian at JWT (a 4A’s member), then joining the Research Services staff of this association. First as a college art major, she is passionate about all aspects of art, and as a history major, she enjoys the history and trends of the advertising industry.

Robert Duffy

With a career spanning over two decades, Robert’s journey took shape as the project manager of the Netscape Browser. He has since dedicated his talents to championing cultural institutions and nonprofits, notably working at American Museum of Natural History and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. Robert is excited to join the 4A’s Marcomms team, where he’ll play a key role in driving 4A’s digital transformation.

In her personal life, Kiarra is an artist creating unique oil paintings on recycled wood promoting beauty, strength, and realness. By re-purposing wood materials Kiarra is able to turn “trash into treasure” creating distinctive human figures and animal-infused portraits.

Kevin joined the 4A’s Media, Technology and Data team in 2021. His constant curiosity and experience spans product development, marketing, operations and analytics. He was instrumental in scaling the global programmatic group at dentsu and most recently led the data and analytics teams to create a unified reporting solution for the business. Kevin is the father of 3, resides in Minnesota and loves the outdoors.

Andy Goldsmith

Andy brings a many-layered background to the 4As, with broad experience in the agency, client, and consulting worlds. He’s a natural facilitator who works to define the real problems to be solved, by being good at asking the right questions, and even better at listening to the answers. Harley Griffiths

Peter Hamm

Peter joined the 4A’s at the end of May 2021. He brings with him a wealth of training and learning development experience from working with different strategic partners for the past 17 years. I ran a contracting business starting back in the 80s through the 90’s, got interested in computing around 95 and made the jump into tech in 99. Started out as software support specialist in a call center here in Charlotte. It was there that I was able to move formally into IT. From there I came to AAAA Benefits in 2003 as desktop support/systems tech and eventually became the IT Manager.

Geraldine Mpetey

Before Joining the 4A’s Foundation Team, Geraldine recruited, mentored and advocated for students of color who were navigating year-long Corporate internships and the College process. Throughout Geraldine’s professional experience it has always involved opening the doors of opportunity to ensure talent of color feel confident, creative and supported through their professional experiences. In Geraldine’s free time she enjoys growing her sneaker, vinyl and hot sauce collection.

Tangie Murray

Tangie is a marketing, communications and nonprofit leader with expertise leading high-profile strategy, messaging, and advocacy campaigns to promote equity and belonging. She began her career in Account Management at Grey (P&G), then raised over $30MM in the social impact space by partnering with notable brands, thought leaders, celebrities, and foundations. Tangie loves art and cooking, and has two young daughters.

Youngest of four, proudly born & raised in NYC. Zeppelin had a lead guitarist, the Rangers were stacked at wing so I earnestly pursued Finance and Accounting instead. Go figure! Hobbies include being a failed dog show handler (we only ever won when there was no competition) and rock climbing.

Rupa Raman

Rupa’s nearly 20-year career began serendipitously as an ad agency copywriter. It spans two continents and creatively rewarding marcom positions in manufacturing, retail and with an international trade show, among others. Outside work, she enjoys travel, hiking, practicing yoga, reading, teaching, binge-watching and dabbling in personal writing and art projects. Rupa is a happy, oddball marketer/writer in a family of engineers and techies.

Ann started her career on the agency side learning the ropes on large consumer brands. She went to IBM to try the client side for “a few years” and 20 years later was leading IBM Corporate Marketing managing disciplines from advertising, events and social to brand experience, media and agency operations. She joined the 4A’s to leverage her passion for the industry and to make a difference for the agencies we serve.

Maiyah J. Rushing

Maiyah J. Rushing, affectionately known as “MJ”, has a demonstrated aptitude for overseeing projects from inception to completion. In addition, she is a gifted writer with a knack for content creation, event planning, social media, and operations (plus so much more)!

MJ has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Alfred University and resides in New York City. In her free time, MJ is known for being an avid reader.

I used to scuba dive many years ago as I lived in South Florida for 40 years before coming to North Carolina. We moved here in 2009 to be close to our daughter and 3 grandchildren. After 40 years in Florida, so my favorite thing now is spending time with them and enjoying the change of seasons.

Aaron Zimmerman

Aaron has been with the 4A’s since 2019 and manages all strategic partnerships, event sponsorships, partner members and in-kind partners. Prior to the 4A’s Aaron worked at an emerging start-up called SportsRecruits where he oversaw and executed 50+ events a year. Aaron continued his career at Blue Buffalo managing their mobile event marketing and sponsorship program.
