Industry veterans will identify strategic growth opportunities for newly rebranded Nashville-based agency.
On the heels of October’s bold rebranding, Artists&Outlaws President/CEO Shari Day announced the independent’s first-ever senior leadership team. The seven members will harness strategy, technology, innovation and talent to advance the award-winning Nashville-based agency to its next level.
“Artists&Outlaws’ rebranding produced two significant outcomes. Externally, our brand’s public-facing appearance is fresh and new and aligns with the high-impact creative that our agency is known for,” said Day. “Internally, our senior leadership team emerged, empowered and equipped to strategically identify the most direct pathways to growth and success for our agency, our employees and our clients.”
Effective Feb. 17, Artists&Outlaws’ senior leadership team, representing more than seven decades of agency experience, consists of:
Tony Gerstner, VP/group account director (13 years), has extensive experience across all verticals and manages the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism account, the agency’s longest-running legacy account upon which the agency was founded;
Sandra Huffine, VP/director of talent (22 years), leads the agency’s employee recruitment and retention programs as well as facilities management;
Jon Krevolin, chief creative director, joined Artists&Outlaws in December 2025, and was most recently with Zimmerman after spending seven years in the same role at Doner, building digital capabilities and leading McDonald’s, The UPS Store, Cox and Bloomberg. At BBDO, he led the Gillette (P&G)’s global account, earning the brand it first Cannes Lion and One Show Pencil. At J Walter Thompson, Krevolin won and led the Domino’s business, transforming the brand into the nation’s leading pizza delivery company while also earning an Emmy nomination. He won his first Cannes Lion for Pepsi in an earlier stint at BBDO. Other brand work includes Kraft, Miller Beer, Coca-Cola, Lipton Brisk, NFL, 7-Eleven, and Verizon.
Cindy Manning, VP/director of finance (17 years), is responsible for agency and client financial oversight;
Bridget McCulley, VP/director of media (16 years), manages the agency’s 10-member media team which places and influences $13.5 million in annual media billing;
Trish McGee, VP/public relations (10 years), brings three decades of public relations and communications experience in tourism and hospitality, including work with The Dollywood Company, Ryman Auditorium, Grand Ole Opry, Pigeon Forge Dept. of Tourism, and Tennessee Performing Arts Center;
Angie Roby, group account director/planning, was most recently with Dentsu International, and joined Artists&Outlaws in October 2025 as senior account leader. She previously worked with T-Mobile, Chevron, Carter’s and other global brands;
Senior leadership will outline a strategic plan for Fresh Consumables, the agency’s content production studio which is poised to play a pivotal role in the agency’s growth. Introduced in 2024, Fresh Consumables supports brands in quick-turn, high-volume digital asset and content production.
“I’ve challenged Artists&Outlaws’ senior leadership team with identifying intentional expansion opportunities and finding areas for smart growth. We’ve already begun to look at external opportunities, but we’ll evaluate business that’s already in-house with brands who value our work.” Under Day’s leadership, Artists&Outlaws recently reunited with one of its most prominent clients, Ascension Saint Thomas Health, for the relaunch of the successful “Nothing Shall Be Impossible” campaign. The pair collaborated on the original campaign, a reflection of the Tennessee-based health system’s “faith, healing, and clinical expertise,” and garnered Modern Healthcare’s Agency of the Year Award in 2015.
