A few years ago, I transitioned into the business world after spending 20 years teaching kindergarten and first grade. Before my teaching career, I worked in 401(k) management for North Carolina State Employees. Returning to the business sector feels like I have come full circle. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, and watching sports—especially college football, college basketball, and my favorite, professional hockey!
