Amy Carton is an Associate Director of Early Talent at Ogilvy, where she’s worked for 8 years. Her passion for nurturing early talent is deeply personal, as she began her own career in one of the very programs at Ogilvy that she now leads. Amy has worked in account management and strategy roles, where she helped clients transform their employee experience and empower their teams to become brand ambassadors. Since transitioning to the People Team in 2021, she uses those unique insights from her own career path to design programs that give young professionals opportunities and tools to succeed.
