Ana is a highly accomplished strategic leader with over 12 years of experience in digital marketing, including 7 years driving impact within big tech organizations. Operating at the intersection of technology and policy across Google, YouTube, and Meta, she has developed extensive expertise in product strategy, go-to-market execution, and global partnerships. Ana is known for managing high-level stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams to translate complex regulatory requirements and market needs into successful product roadmaps and commercialization plans for responsible technology solutions.
Ana led the youth ads practice at Meta, overseeing strategies for safe and age-appropriate experiences across a $114B revenue platform. At Google, she help launch Ads Data Hub, the first cloud-based infrastructure for ad measurement following GDPR, and spearheaded business development for YouTube Search. Her deep roots in trust and safety include developing advertising policies at Google’s for challenging topics such as shocking content, clickbait, and gender-related issues
Currently, Ana tackles some of the industry’s most pressing topics—including AI, privacy, and responsibility—by overseeing key advertising industry relationships between Google and leading industry bodies in the U.S..
Beyond her core professional responsibilities, she serves as a career coach and mentor at Google and as a member of the Board of Directors for The Brave House in New York City, and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
