Bharad is CEO & Co-Founder of Aqxle AI, building a system of agents enabling users to go from data to actionable insights rapidly, compressing time to action. He has an extensive background in media research & analytics, cross-media optimization & media investment.

Most recently, Bharad was head of research & investment analytics at GroupM US where he led industry-first efforts on cross-media measurement & alternate currencies. He also pioneered the use of advanced analytics to inform the agency’s go-to-market investment strategies.

Before GroupM, Bharad oversaw $1 billion in digital media investments as Digital Investment Lead at PHD, working predominantly with clients in tech, travel & auto . During his tenure, he moved two-thirds of spend into biddable environments, unified brand and performance media teams, optimized operations through near-shoring and off-shoring, and developed innovative business models to drive growth.

Bharad has lived in 4 countries (US, Singapore, China, India) and worked in many more during this 25-year career, which began in Ogilvy & Mather, Bangalore. Bharad earned a MS (TRF) from Syracuse University, New York, a post-graduate diploma in marketing communications from MICA, India, & a B.Com from Madras University, India.

Bharad has served on the board of industry measurement bodies like the MRC, CIMM and the 4As, and is a winner of the WPP Atticus Award for thought-leadership.
