Jeff Nowak

Jeff is the Chief Client Officer at Yes&, an independent fully-integrated creative agency headquartered in Alexandria, VA. In his role, Jeff leads a 40-person Account Management team and oversees some of the agency’s largest client relationships including FEMA, Beth Israel Lahey Health and MDA. Prior to Yes&, Jeff spent over 20 years at Boston-based agencies including Hill Holliday as EVP of Account Management on Bank of America, Optum, Fireball and American Lung Association as well as Arnold, on Gillette, Vonage and The Hartford. Jeff has come full circle at Yes&, as he started his marketing career in Washington DC at Earle Palmer Brown.
