Jerremy holds the role as Chief People Officer at BarkleyOKRP, an independent agency of 700+ employees across 5 offices in the U.S. During his past year there, he’s been charged with bringing together the people strategy for scale and to meet the business objectives for this rapidly expanding agency.
Prior to his time here, he spent his last 7 years in multiple agencies within Publicis Groupe, including Leo Burnett, Hawkeye, Arc Worldwide, Publicis Health and Epsilon where he led organizational development, L&D and HR Business Partner functions.
Before Jerremy moved into the crazy world of Advertising, he spend a decade in HR within the health care industry. With a Master’s in Human Resource Management, Executive education from Booth School of Business at University of Chicago and his SHRM-SCP certification, Jerremy seeks to continue his learning, understanding and ability to touch the lives of others.
