Kylie is the Managing Director and Head of Commercials at TPC, where she leads efforts to educate many of the nations top advertisers and their agencies on production incentive opportunities, and customizes strategy for obtaining and maximizing them. With nearly 10 years of experience with TPC Commercials and a background in entertainment prior, Kylie has helped translate legislation from a film/TV perspective to a commercial one, advocating for these programs across different regions in the U.S. and Canada.
