Laura is currently Chief Operating Officer at KSM in Chicago. She works horizontally to power the people and processes in service of better product. Her leadership adds value to our talent community’s growth and client success. She has a history of client leadership, strategy/planning, account operations, team leadership, and agency program development, predominantly at media agencies for nearly 25 years.
